USE Academy

USE Academy is the education and capacity-building arm of the Uganda Securities Exchange (USE). Over the years, it has grown into a trusted platform for developing capital markets knowledge, professional capability, and investor confidence in Uganda and across the region.

We have trained thousands of participants, both online and offline, across multiple sectors. Our learners range from students and entry-level professionals to senior executives, Chief Executive Officers, and board members. We have delivered programmes for financial services, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, government agencies, and listed companies, as well as regional participants.

Capital markets should not feel distant or reserved for a few. The Academy exists to make investing and capital markets more understandable, more accessible, and more relevant to everyday people, professionals, and institutions.

Unlike general training providers, USE Academy is embedded in the market itself. Our programmes are shaped by real market activity, regulatory developments, issuer and investors needs to ensure that whatever we teach reflects how the market actually works.
